Job Description
About the Position
This role aims to provide direction, coordination, and leadership to maintain efficient supply of our plastic moulded products to the highest quality, whilst achieving and upholding the corporate goals of the company.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
A mechanical background in manufacturing with experience in the plastics industry is desired.
Experience leading a team and the allocation of staff duties.
Experience in coordinating various production schedules.
Ability to keep production projects on set target requirements.
Ability to identify and solve technical issues and faults.
An understanding and adherence to OH&S compliance, as SPX AtoN promotes a ‘safety first’ workplace.
Attention to detail to ensure a high standard of quality which is maintained in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements.
