Job Description
Your Role
As a Senior Commercial Analyst, reporting to the Financial Controller you will work closely with the Director of Operations and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights through BI reporting, develop robust operational models, and track global performance initiatives. Your work will directly influence production planning, cost control, and strategic decision-making across our business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical and modelling support to drive business performance across global operations including the S&OP process
Deliver insights into Manufacturing and Purchasing variances.
Support and track continuous improvement initiatives with financial validation.
Drive the implementation and improvement of cost accounting within the SAP environment.
Collaborate on costing projects, including outsourcing initiatives and CAPEX initiatives.
Develop BI reporting to communicate performance to business leaders
Contribute to SAP ERP implementation and post-go-live support.
Lead budgeting and forecast processes for Operations, assist with month end processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
CA/CPA preferred
5+ years’ experience in a business or operations analyst role.
Advanced Excel skills and strong data handling capabilities.
Proficiency in SQL/BI reporting and ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
A continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to work.
