SPX is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships within our Somerville operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our business, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Job Description

Your Role
As a Sales Executive, reporting to the Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager, you will engage directly with clients to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and execute sales strategies. Your work will focus on building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory or accounts.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including generating leads, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Promote products and services to increase market awareness and adoption.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
